What should I pay attention to when choosing a heat press machine？
The core component of the hot stamping machine is the hot plate, so attention should be paid to when selecting the hot stamping machine.
The upper and lower plates shall be made of aluminum, and the heating tube shall be cast in the aluminum plate. The upper plate is grooved with aluminum plate, and then pasted on it with a heating tube, which will cause unnecessary energy consumption, slow temperature rise and large temperature difference when used.
If the lower plate is made of iron or other materials, it will be easily deformed and aged if it works under high temperature and pressure for a long time.
According to the different area of the heating plate, the upper and lower plates have weight standards. If they are too light and thin, the heating plate will be easily deformed, affecting the use. Generally speaking, the greater the weight, the better the performance.
The upper plate of the hot stamping machine should be parallel to the lower plate after being pressed down. To test whether the upper and lower plates are tightly engaged, place a piece of hard paper or other pieces of flexible materials at the four corners, and then press down the handle. After the upper and lower plates are engaged and stuck, pull the hard paper outward to know whether the upper and lower plates are flat and whether the machine is qualified.
