The hot stamping machine is a printing tool. Generally, I see that some images on tiles or some clothes may have been printed by the hot stamping machine. However, the models used for items made of different materials may also be different. However, the following four points need to be done in place no matter what materials are printed on, so that the effect is ideal.
1、 Keep the machine clean:
Maintain important components and clean the machine, and do not dye with dust and oil, keep the heat transfer film clean, free of fingerprints and dust, and keep the printed products clean, free of dust and grease; And the hands of the staff should be clean.
2、 Hot stamping pressure:
The hot stamping pressure must be adjusted to an appropriate position, otherwise the rubber head and hot stamping objects will be damaged if it is too large, and the hot stamping effect will be affected if it is too small. After adjustment to the stamping pressure, the pressure shall be adjusted and locked to avoid changes in batch production.
3、 Hot stamping temperature:
The hot stamping temperature has a great impact on the quality of heat transfer products. If the hot stamping temperature is too high, the substrate will be damaged. If the hot stamping temperature is too low, normal heat transfer may not be achieved. The thermal temperature shall be based on the factors of substrate, film and heat exchanger. Different materials have different thermal temperatures.
4、 Hot stamping speed:
The hot stamping time （speed） shall be determined according to the specific hot stamping requirements. In the case of hot stamping effect, the higher the speed, the higher the production efficiency. However, due to certain special conditions, some products must be hot stamped.
