Classification and maintenance of heat press machine
1. Pull up the straight pressing handle to open the heating plate. Plug in the power, turn on the power switch, and the indicator is on; Note: Due to the high power of the machine, the whole machine must have a suitable and reliable protective ground wire!
2. Temperature adjustment: press the “” or “-” key to set the temperature, press the “” key to increase the set value of the temperature, and press the “-” key to decrease the set value of the temperature.
3. Adjust the left timer knob to an appropriate time of 10 seconds （depending on different materials）；
4. When the temperature reaches the set value, the machine will automatically enter the constant temperature state;
5. Place the transfer materials, such as clothes, on the printing platform, then fold the pictures to be transferred, and press down the pressure handle; Note: The pressure shall not be too large, otherwise the pressure handle will be deformed! Adjust the pressure in advance.
6. When the time is up, the buzzer will ring. At this time, lift the pressure handle, take out the transferred objects such as clothes, and tear off the backing paper.
7. The temperature of baking metal plate is generally 170-200 ℃， and the time is 20-40 seconds; The baking temperature of porcelain plate is generally 200-220 ℃， and the time is 120-150 seconds; The temperature of the baked fabric is generally 120-140 ℃， and the time is 5-10 seconds.
